چکیده
ركز البحث على علاقة الجندر بفاعلية كل من النساء والرجال في عمل العلاقات العامة. وهدف التعرف مدى ادراك العاملين العامة لمفهوم الجندر،.والكشف عن دور المؤسسة تحديد أدوار معينة لكل العمل ،فضلا أيضا معرفة أي اكثر فاعلية أنشطة .
 واعتمدت الباحثة العاملين/ت والمسؤولين الوزارات العراقية عينة لبحثها لمعرفة وجهة نظر كلا الطرفين بمدى وفقا لمعنى الجندر، وبلغت العينة (396) فردا منهم (197) و(199) المسؤولين.
 اختارت اداة الاستبيان، وصممت استمارة بحثها بملحقين الاول للعاملين/ ت والثاني للمسؤولين.
